For almost a decade ago, fitness totally changed my life. Insecure about my body and myself I decided to make a change. After transforming my body and mindset, all areas of life improved drastically and continue to do so up until this day. Behind my own personal success there is a ton of trail and error that could have been avoided with an actionplan and Mentor. I am now the inspiration and provide the guidance I myself was looking for.

Getting in your best shape is the first step to a richer life. It Increases your confidence, energy levels and performance. It makes you attractive in the dating marketplace, business as well as in personal interactions. It makes you more credible and it increases your value by default. The most important part for you to get somewhere is that you simply take action and get started.

I procrastinated for years and felt like I was completely stuck.. I wasn´t like the rest and I had different plans in my life. I did not believe in myself and did not know what to do or where to go. All I knew is that I had to change! You are most likely in similar shoes and found your way here for that reason. I created this program for you specifically, to help you take control over your life just like I did.

FAQ

It depends on your goals and schedule. We recommend a minimum of 3 workouts/week and a maximum of 6 workouts/week. (This will already be calculated into your workout program).

If you really push yourself and follow our RPE structure, no more than 4-5 training sessions/week is necessary. We´re here to push your natural boundaries and apply “rest days” for you to fully recover.

Each session lasts from 30 up to 90 minutes depending on your experience and schedule. The workouts usually takes around 60 minutes per session except for cases were time is a limiting factor.

We currently have clients experiencing amazing results from just three (3) 30min workouts per week. We have a workaround for almost every scenario. No more “I don´t have time” bullsh*t, it´s all about priorities and proper time management.

It depends on your goals and current situation. We recommend a minimum of 4 months although most of our clients stay for the longer term results (9+ months).

We want your results to last and therefore do not work with quick fixes. How ever, one of our recent clients  made an incredible transformation in just 3 months (which was his goal) and then continued on his own.

If you´re not satisfied with the results or simply are too afraid to change you´re free to cancel whenever.

 

We create disciplined legends, no matter how long it takes we´ll support and push you all the way through. Our clients usually see results in as little as 2-4 weeks if the programs are being followed.

Some client examples would be 19 kg lost in 6 month, 15 kg lost in 7 month with 1,5 kg lean muscle gain and a 60% strengt increase 4 month later. Our best client results are mentally, which then transfers into other areas of life.

Our Mentor and Coach Alexander Ståbis did a longer transformation under 12 month (back in 2016). The result was a weight loss of 22 kg with a 2,5 kg muscle gain, all within the 3 different phases we apply to our clients.

The Meal Plan is made to boost fat loss and increase your overall performance and energy (most common goals). The Workout Program is based on how often you´re able to work out and your specific goal. (Usually muscle and confidence building)

2. The upcoming hour after the strategy call you´ll get invited to subscribe to the program to get started (If we are a good fit and I can help you out). If you signed up from the shop or Mentoring page you will get invited to the App straight away.

Your programs will be available in App after 24 hours from signing up and subscribing. (As long as you´ve filled out the form with information about yourself on the starting date). This will get sent to you after subscribing.

PUT IN THE WORK, follow your programs and stay in contact with your Mentor to achieve real results month after month. It´s that simple, you´ll gain momentum and the results will start to add up. It gets easier by time as you build consistency and momentum

The price is individualized based on your goals and circumstances. It could be comparable with a Starbucks coffee a day or a few meals out per week. 

Usually our clients ends up saving money by meal-prepping and cutting out a lot of unnecessary spending on snacks, sugary drinks and garbage meals out.

We argue that this is an investment in yourself that pays back ten or a hundred fold later on. It did for us and are doing for 98% of our clients that put in the work daily.

A Mentor is someone who makes sure you reach your goals and get to where you want in life (on a long enough timeframe). You are simply buying knowledge, time and resources from someone who has already made the transformation you are about to make.

It´s a cheat code to get somewhere without having to figure it all out by yourself and waste your most valueable asset, time (energy). You have to put in the work and go through ups and downs, but having someone to show you how and guide you increases your chances of success.

Accountability! In a company, you have someone who holds you accountable and leads the team forward. Rarely do we have someone to ensure that we reach our personal goals. That’s why many people out there struggle to get things done or don’t bother doing the job at all.

A Mentor is someone that guides you and makes sure you become better every day and reach your goals. Getting stronger, more confident and building your ideal body is for everyone.

As long as you want to improve and live a more fulfilling life, Mentorship is for you. Even our Mentors have accountability partners to make sure they stay on track and improve daily.

We coach anyone above 18 that wants to achieve lasting results. Anyone under 18 requires their parents permission to start the program.

Transformating yourself should not be limited by age, however there are regulations we have to follow since changes in body composition and mindset are involved.

Around 24 hours after the starting date as long as you have filled in the information about yourself on the starting date. Make sure to be as honest as possible as the answers will have an impact on the final programs and their structure

Via the chat function in the App and/or at our weekly calls. Your Mentor answers all questions in the App chat within 24h (allow up to 48h in special cases). Most of your questions and reflections are covered in the weekly check-ins. The most important thing is your success, we allocate the time and resources needed for you to reach your goals!

Payments are made through Stripe which is a secure and well known platform for payment solutions online. Stripe is also included when buying individualized programs in the shop. We do accept other payment methods as well.

The Private Mentorship Program is a subscription model (on a monthly basis) without any binding time. If you´re not satisfied with the results you are free to cancel. A canceled subscription ends on the last day of the paid month.
